What we ask for when you book
When you submit a booking request, we ask for your name, email address, WhatsApp number, and your ID and driving licence number. We use this information only to prepare your rental agreement and contact you before handing over the keys. Nothing else.
Contact form
If you write to us via the contact form, we collect your name, email, and message. We use it only to reply to you.
What we do with your data
We use your information to confirm your booking, get in touch before vehicle handover, and send you a confirmation email. That's it. We don't resell your data, don't share it with commercial partners, and don't do any ad targeting.
Where your data is stored
Your bookings are recorded in an internal tool accessible only to our team. No data is transmitted to tracking or behavioural analytics platforms.

This site uses only technical cookies to handle navigation and remember your language preference. No advertising cookies, no tracking pixels.
Your rights
Under Moroccan Law 09-08 on personal data protection, you can request to view, correct, or delete your data at any time. Just write to us at contact@lignenoire.rent and we'll take care of it.
